What this status means

The GOFO Express driver tried to deliver your parcel but could not complete the delivery because the address was incorrect or incomplete. This usually means something is missing or unclear, such as an apartment or unit number, a building name or a street number that cannot be found. The parcel was on the delivery vehicle and is not lost.

Is my package delayed?

This is an exception, so yes, this attempt has failed and delivery will take longer than planned. It does not usually mean the parcel is lost. The step before it was always "Out for Delivery", and the step after it has always been a return to the GOFO facility with a redelivery scheduled.

What happens next

The parcel goes back to a GOFO facility. Your tracking should then show that it was returned there and that redelivery is scheduled for the next business day. If the address problem is not fixed, the next attempt may fail in the same way.

What you can do

• Check the delivery address on your order for missing or wrong details: unit number, building name, street name, postcode.
• If something is wrong, contact the seller or GOFO right away with the correct address, before the next attempt.
• If the status does not move to the return and redelivery step, contact GOFO using the phone number or email in the message.
• Have your tracking number and order details ready when you get in touch.
