What this status means

GOFO Express's driver tried to deliver the parcel but could not reach the delivery address. "Restricted address" means access was blocked, for example by a gated community, a building with a locked entrance or front desk, or a site that does not accept outside deliveries. The parcel is still with GOFO, usually on the delivery vehicle or back at the local delivery station.

Is my package delayed?

This is an exception, not a routine step. The delivery did not happen as planned, so the parcel will arrive later than first expected. It does not mean the parcel is lost. Whether it is delivered soon depends on whether the access problem can be solved.

What happens next

GOFO normally tries again, sometimes after the address or access details are confirmed. If access still fails, the parcel may be held at a local facility or returned to the sender. The next tracking line will show a new delivery attempt, a hold, or a return.

What you can do

• Check whether your address needs a gate code, buzzer number, unit number or building access, and whether the site accepts couriers.
• Keep checking the tracking history for a new attempt.
• If nothing changes, contact GOFO at +1 949 688-6032 or cs@mail.gofoexpress.com. Have your tracking number and full delivery address ready.
• If GOFO cannot help, contact the seller with your order details and ask them to raise a claim or resend.
