What this status means
GOFO Express has received your parcel at a regional origin hub. This is an early sorting point where parcels from sellers and warehouses are collected, scanned and grouped before they are sent on toward their destination. Your parcel is physically inside the hub, not yet on a delivery vehicle.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine step in the journey. Most often the next scan is "Loaded on Vehicle", which means the parcel has left the sorting area. Sometimes the same message appears twice in a row, which usually means the parcel was scanned again at the hub. Only a pause that lasts longer than the previous steps is worth watching.
What happens next
- Most often, the parcel is loaded on a vehicle (about two thirds of cases).
- Sometimes it is scanned at the hub again first (about a quarter).
- Less often, a "Departed GOFO Regional Hub" scan follows.
- Rarely, GOFO reports an address problem and asks for instructions.
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking the tracking history for the next scan.
- Make sure the delivery address on your order is complete and correct.
- If the status stays unchanged for longer than the earlier steps took, ask the seller first, as they handed the parcel to GOFO.
- If needed, contact GOFO with your tracking number and order details ready.
