SkyNet has paused your parcel because the delivery address on the shipment looks wrong or is missing details, such as a street number, unit, postcode or landmark. The parcel is still with SkyNet, usually at a facility in the destination area after the "In Transit to Destination" step, and it is waiting until the address can be confirmed.
This is an exception, not a routine scan. The parcel has stopped moving until the address problem is resolved, so the delivery will take longer than it would have without the hold. It does not mean the parcel is lost or returned.
The usual next step is "Info Message Sent to Recipient". SkyNet contacts you, or the sender, to ask for the missing or corrected address details. Once those are confirmed, the parcel is normally released and goes out for delivery. If no reply comes, the hold may last longer than usual.
