SkyNet has paused the parcel because the receiver's ID number or tax number is missing or could not be accepted. The parcel is at a SkyNet hub, usually in the destination country, where customs clearance needs this number before the shipment can go on. Nothing is wrong with the parcel itself.
This is an exception, not a routine scan. The parcel will not move until the number is supplied, so the hold will add to the delivery time. How long depends on how quickly the missing detail reaches SkyNet. The message is rare, and it often appears between ordinary hub scans.
Once the number is accepted, tracking usually continues with a hub scan. This was the most common next step, about half of the time. Other cases show customs duties being paid, or the parcel moving on toward its destination. In some cases the same hold message appears again while the issue is still being sorted out.
