SkyNet has recorded a change to the shipment's details, and the change was requested by the sender or the recipient, not made by SkyNet itself. It could be a corrected address, a different contact name or phone number, or an amended delivery instruction. Your parcel is somewhere in SkyNet's network, usually between sorting steps, and this entry is an administrative note rather than a physical movement.
This message by itself is normal and is not a sign of a problem. It is rarely seen, and the parcels that show it usually carry on with ordinary sorting and hub scans. A change to the details can add some processing time, so a slower update than before is possible, but it does not mean the parcel is lost or stuck.
Tracking normally continues with regular transit scans. In about half of cases the next entry is "Sorted to Destination", and in the other half it is "Arrived Hub". Both mean the parcel is moving through the network toward the delivery area.
