UniUni's driver went to the seller's location to collect your parcel and could not take it. The parcel has not entered UniUni's network yet and is still with the seller. This is not a failed delivery to your address, even though the status is labelled as a failed attempt. Common reasons are that the seller was closed, the parcel was not ready, or nobody could hand it over at the time.
This message is an exception. It means the parcel missed its first handover, so the journey is likely to start later than planned. It does not mean the parcel is lost, and it does not by itself mean the order is cancelled.
Usually UniUni schedules another pickup attempt with the seller, and the history then shows the parcel being collected and moving to a sorting facility. If the seller cannot hand the parcel over, it may stay with them until they sort it out with the courier. Updates can be slow while this happens.
