UniUni's driver had your parcel on the delivery vehicle but could not complete the delivery. "Force Majeure" means something outside the driver's control got in the way, such as severe weather, road closures or a similar disruption. It does not point to a problem with your address or your parcel. The parcel is still with UniUni, most likely on the vehicle or back at the local depot.
Yes, this is an exception, but usually a minor one. The delivery was missed for the day, so it will arrive later than planned. It rarely means the parcel is lost. In about half of cases the next update was a successful delivery, often at the front door. In a smaller share, a second failed attempt followed and the parcel went back to the warehouse.
UniUni normally tries again. Most often the next entry is a "Delivered" message that names where the parcel was left. If the disruption continues or the second attempt also fails, you may see "returning to the warehouse". That means the parcel goes back to the depot to be scheduled again.
