UniUni's driver tried to deliver the parcel and could not complete the delivery. The parcel was on the delivery vehicle for that attempt and is now being taken back to the local warehouse. The message also includes a customer service phone number, which UniUni adds to this notice.
This is an exception, not a routine step. A failed attempt means the parcel will arrive later than planned. It does not usually mean the parcel is lost. After this message the parcel most often goes straight back to "Out for delivery", which suggests a new attempt. In about one case in four it is logged as returned to the warehouse first.
