UniUni

Failed delivery, retry later

UniUni tracking parcel

What this status means

UniUni's driver took the parcel out for delivery, but the handover did not work. The parcel was not left at your address and is still with the driver or on its way back to the local warehouse. "Retry later" is the courier's wording for a failed attempt. It does not always mean a second attempt is scheduled.

Is my package delayed?

This is an exception, not a routine step. The delivery did not happen, so the parcel is behind schedule. Next, UniUni most often records that the parcel is returning to the warehouse. In about one in eight cases it adds a note that the contact attempt failed and the address could not be reached. Whether a new attempt follows is not guaranteed.

What happens next

  • The tracking usually updates to "Failed delivery attempt, returning to the warehouse".
  • The parcel goes back to the local warehouse and waits there.
  • A new delivery may then be arranged, or the parcel may be held or sent back. This depends on the reason for the failure and on the seller.

What you can do

  • Keep checking the tracking for a new "Out for delivery" scan, and stay reachable by phone.
  • Check that the delivery address, unit number and any access or buzzer details are correct and complete.
  • If the tracking stays on the warehouse step for longer than usual, contact UniUni, or the seller if they shipped it, and have your tracking number and order details ready.
  • Ask them to confirm whether a new attempt is planned and how to reach the driver or warehouse.
