UniUni's driver tried to deliver the parcel to a business address and could not hand it over because the business was closed. The driver took the parcel back to the local UniUni warehouse. The parcel is now at that warehouse, not lost and not with the driver.
This is an exception, not a routine step. The delivery did not happen on this attempt, so the parcel will arrive later than first planned. It does not mean the parcel is damaged or lost, and the delay is usually due to the closed premises rather than to anything wrong with the parcel.
The parcel normally waits at the warehouse and is then loaded for another delivery attempt. If repeated attempts fail, UniUni may send it back to the sender. The tracking history should show a new delivery message once the parcel is back on a vehicle.
