Посылку так и не получила за 2 мес, Почта Америки отвратительно работает, а я думала, что только почта России умеют письмо из одного города в другой 2 мес доставлять. Лакивиьамин отказывается выплачивать деньги за товар неполученный,тк не по их вине!!

Subject package was misdelivered to a LAKEWOOD, NJ address. It should have been delivered to EUCLID, OH. I tried to resolve through USPS but they were unable to provide assistance since package was mislabeled by shipper. Right now I do not have product, and am out amount of purchase due to inability to contact vendor in China. Major disappointing situation compounded by "tracking resolution" charging $1.00 for assistance. Why pay for resolution when I'm losing out on my purchase and cost of merchandise???? Anyway, very disappointed.
