What this status means

Yun Express has recorded that your parcel was taken off a vehicle that was moving it between two points, such as a truck on a transfer or delivery round. The parcel is inside the carrier's network, usually at a depot or parcel center, and is waiting to be handled before the next leg.

Is my package delayed?

This message by itself is normal. It is a routine handling scan, not an exception. Parcels often get several of these as they change vehicles. Only if the same line stays at the top of the history for longer than the previous steps took is it worth a closer look.

What happens next

Most often, in about half of cases, the parcel is loaded onto another vehicle for the next leg.
Sometimes a vehicle arrival is logged at the next stop.
In some cases the next update says the shipment has reached the destination country or area, where import handling begins.

What you can do

Wait and keep checking the tracking history. Updates can come in bursts.
If nothing changes for longer than the earlier steps took, contact the seller first, since they have the shipping agreement with the courier.
Have your tracking number, order number and delivery address ready when you write.
Check that your address and phone number in the order are correct, in case the parcel reaches final delivery soon.
