Yun Express

Departed Carrier's Regional Hub

Yun Express tracking parcel

What this status means

Your parcel has left one of Yun Express's regional hubs. These are large sorting centres where parcels from many senders are grouped by destination. The scan was made as the parcel was sent on, usually on a truck, to the next point on its route. Tracking pages sometimes show a town name next to this line, which is simply the location of the hub the parcel just left.

Is my package delayed?

No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine movement scan, and it almost always comes right after "Loaded on Vehicle". It is not an exception or a problem report. A delay only becomes a concern if the tracking stays unchanged for longer than usual after this scan.

What happens next

  • Most often (about two thirds of cases), the next entry is "In Transit to Next Facility", meaning the parcel is still travelling between sites.
  • In about one third of cases, the next entry is "Arrived at Carrier's Delivery Station". That means the parcel has reached the local depot that handles final delivery.
  • From the delivery station, the parcel is normally handed to a driver for the last leg.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking. Updates may not appear while the parcel is on the road.
  • If the tracking does not change for longer than the previous steps took, contact the seller first, since they ship under their own account with the courier.
  • Have your tracking number, order details and delivery address ready when you write.
  • Check that the address on your order is correct, so the final delivery goes smoothly.
