What this status means

Yun Express has finished handling your parcel at a sorting facility and has prepared it to leave. It is usually in the destination country by this point. Most often the previous step was the completion of import customs clearance, or the parcel's arrival at the sort facility. The parcel is still in the facility, waiting to be loaded for the next leg.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It is a routine step in the middle of the journey, and it does not point to a problem with customs or with your address. Only if the parcel stays at this step for longer than the previous steps took is it worth paying closer attention.

What happens next

In about nine out of ten cases the next update is "Departed from facility", meaning the parcel has left the sorting site. Less often it is scanned at another sort facility first. In rare cases it is handed to a local carrier, which then takes over delivery, or it goes back into customs processing.

  • Wait and check the tracking again later. The next scan should confirm that the parcel has left.
  • If the status stays the same for longer than the previous steps took, contact the seller or marketplace where you ordered.
  • Have your tracking number and order details ready when you write.
