What this status means

"Departed Facility" means your parcel has left a Yun Express processing or sorting facility and is moving on to the next point in its route. It is usually seen after export customs clearance has been completed, or after an earlier "in transit to next facility" scan. The parcel is on a truck or other transport between facilities, most often on the way to an airport.

Is my package delayed?

No. By itself this message is normal and shows the parcel is moving forward. A delay is only likely if the tracking history stops updating for longer than the previous steps took.

What happens next

Most often the next scan is "Arrived at airport". Other messages that can follow are "ARRIVE TO DESTINATION COUNTRY" and "INTERNATIONAL DEPARTURE", which mean the parcel is being flown or shipped abroad. Updates can be uneven during international transport, so a gap between scans is common.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking the tracking history for new scans.
  • If there is no update for longer than usual, ask the seller or marketplace first, since they ordered the shipment.
  • If the seller cannot help, contact Yun Express with your tracking number and order details.
  • Keep the order confirmation handy in case you need to request a trace or refund.
