What this status means
Your parcel has reached the local delivery center in the destination country, the last facility before it goes to you. It has already crossed the international part of the journey and cleared the sorting centers. The local delivery company that handles the final stretch now has it.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and is a good sign. It is not an exception. A delay is only likely if the tracking then stops updating for longer than the previous steps took.
What happens next
- Most often (about two thirds of cases) the next update is "Awaiting for you to pick-up", meaning the parcel is waiting at a pickup point or locker.
- Otherwise it is usually handed to a courier ("Out for delivery") or marked as delivered.
- In a small share of cases a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is retried or held.
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking the tracking. The next update normally comes from the local company.
- Check that your phone number and address in the order are correct, since the local company may contact you.
- If a pickup notice appears, collect the parcel promptly and bring ID, as pickup points may hold parcels only for a limited time.
- If nothing changes for longer than the earlier steps took, contact the seller or the local delivery company, with your tracking number and order details ready.
