What this status means
Your parcel has been handled in the destination country and is waiting to be moved on to the delivery office that serves your address. It is usually at a sorting or transit facility, often one run by the local delivery company that took over from the international leg. The long-distance part of the journey is finished.
Is my package delayed?
On its own, this message is normal. It is a routine handover step, not an exception or a sign of a problem. The parcel may stay at this stage for longer than the previous steps while it waits for a transport slot, and tracking often goes quiet during that time. That alone does not mean it is lost.
What happens next
The parcel is loaded onto a vehicle and driven to the final delivery office. After that, expect an update showing it has arrived there, followed by a message that it is out for delivery. The local company may add its own notes, and these can appear under a different name.

- Wait and keep checking the tracking. Updates can come in bursts after a quiet period.
- Make sure your address and phone number in the order are correct, so the local office can reach you.
