What this status means
"Actively intercept" is an Aliexpress Standard Shipping message. It means the parcel was pulled out of the normal flow while it was at a sorting center, before it moved on. It is not a delivery attempt. The parcel is still in the courier's network, held at a sorting facility. Interceptions like this are often tied to a problem with the shipment or the order, and the message does not say which.
Is my package delayed?
This is an exception, not a routine step. Normal parcels usually go from sorting straight to the next leg. Here the next messages most often point to a failed outbound scan (about 56%) or to the parcel being sent back (about 15%, with further exception and return messages after that). Expect the parcel to be held up, and it may not reach you.
