"Shipment on the way" is a general movement update from AliExpress Standard Shipping. The parcel has left one handling point and is travelling to the next. It is most often seen right after the parcel arrived in a transit country or district, so it is usually somewhere between the origin country and the destination country, in a vehicle or between sorting facilities.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine step, not an exception. It only becomes a concern if the same line stays as the latest update for longer than the previous steps took.
