Deutsche Post has passed the parcel to DHL, which will put it into new packaging. The parcel is at a sorting or handling facility, not yet out for delivery. This usually happens because the outer packaging is damaged or no longer secure enough for the rest of the journey. The message announces that the repacking is about to be done.
This message by itself is an exception, but not necessarily a serious one. Repacking is a routine fix. Most of the follow-up messages say the parcel was repackaged because of damaged outer packaging and is on its way to the recipient, or simply that it is on its way. Some parcels instead show that the address is being determined, or that the parcel is going back to the sender. Expect this step to take longer than the previous ones.
