DHL Express has the parcel at one of its facilities, and it is waiting for the next flight, truck or connection on its route. The message does not give a departure time. It means the parcel is booked onto the next available onward leg, and it has not yet left.
This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It often appears between scanning steps inside the DHL network. It can also appear when a parcel waits for a connection, so if the same line stays for longer than the previous steps did, the parcel may be held up. Nothing here confirms a problem.
Most often the next update is "Processed", in about half of cases (55%). The next most common is "Departed Facility" (16%), which means the parcel has left. Less often a customs clearance update follows (8%). In a small number of cases the shipment is put on hold (5%).
