iMile's driver tried to hand over your parcel at the delivery address and could not complete the delivery. The parcel is still with iMile, either on the delivery vehicle or back at the local delivery station. The number in the message is iMile's customer service line, not a sign of anything extra going wrong.
This is an exception, not a routine step. One failed attempt does not mean the parcel is lost, but it does add time to the delivery. Common reasons are that nobody was available to receive it, the address or phone number could not be reached, or the recipient declined it. How long it takes from here depends on the reason and on whether a new attempt is arranged.
The parcel normally goes back to the local delivery station, and iMile usually schedules another delivery attempt. The courier may call or message the recipient first to confirm the address or a convenient time. If repeated attempts fail, the parcel can be returned to the sender.
