What this status means
JCEX has moved your parcel on again and is sending it to a transportation partner, another company that carries it for the next part of the journey. The parcel has left the previous JCEX handling point and is on a vehicle between facilities. It follows a local transfer step and is not yet at the partner.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. The word "again" only means the parcel was passed on one more time, which is common when a shipment changes hands between carriers. Nothing here suggests a problem.
What happens next
The next scan is almost always "Arrival at transportation partner department, waiting for processing". It means the parcel has reached the partner's facility and is queued to be sorted. After that, the partner takes over the route toward your address, so later updates may look different or appear less often.
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking. The next scan should show the arrival at the partner.
- If the status stays the same for longer than the previous steps took, contact JCEX or the seller.
- Have your tracking number and order details ready when you do.
- Check that your delivery address and phone number in the order are correct, since the partner will use them for delivery.
