What this status means
JCEX has finished handling your parcel at a facility run by one of its transportation partners and has sent it on to a transit hub. The parcel is on a truck or similar transport between two sorting points, not yet at your local delivery area. It usually follows "Arrival at transportation partner department, waiting for processing".
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine movement step, and the parcel is progressing. Only if the same line stays unchanged for longer than the previous steps took is it worth a closer look.
What happens next
- Most often, in about two thirds of cases, the next update is "Arriving at the transit hub, waiting for distribution".
- In about three in ten cases, the parcel is reported as arriving at the destination city, about to be passed to the post office.
- Rarely, it is sent on to another partner department, or flagged as unsendable because the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking. The next scan should appear as the parcel reaches the hub.
- Check that the delivery address on your order is complete and correct, including street, number, postcode and a phone number.
- If the status does not change for longer than the earlier steps did, or an address problem is reported, contact the seller first. Have your tracking number and order details ready.
- If the seller cannot help, ask JCEX directly with the same details.
