Leave the transit hub, transport to the destination city

JCEX tracking parcel

What this status means

JCEX has finished sorting your parcel at an intermediate transit hub and loaded it onto a vehicle. It is now travelling between cities, heading for the city where it will be delivered. This is a mid-journey step, so the parcel is on the road, not waiting in a warehouse.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message is normal and shows the parcel moving forward. It always follows the hub arrival scan, "waiting for distribution", so the parcel has already been processed and sent on. The transport leg can take longer than the previous steps, and the tracking page may not change while the parcel is in transit.

What happens next

Most often (94% of cases) the next update says the parcel has arrived in the destination city and will soon be handed to the local post office for delivery. In a few cases (6%) it first goes through another transportation partner's department, where it waits for processing before moving on.

What you can do

  • Wait and check the tracking again later. A quiet period during transport is normal.
  • Make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct and complete.
  • If the status has not changed for much longer than usual, contact JCEX or the seller.
  • Have your tracking number and order details ready when you do.
