A JCEX delivery facility has finished handling your parcel and passed it on to another facility or carrier for the next leg. "Onforwarded" means sent further along. The parcel is in the final delivery stage of the journey, but it is not yet with the courier who will bring it to your door. Sometimes the message appears more than once, because the parcel can be passed on several times.
This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It is a routine hand-off step. Only if the same line stays as the latest update for longer than the previous steps took is it worth a closer look.
The most common next update is "out for delivery", in about one in five cases. Otherwise the parcel is usually scanned as arrived at another partner or transportation facility, or as received after import. A further "onforwarded" scan is also possible. Each of these is a normal step towards delivery.
