JCEX has moved your parcel out of the local sorting warehouse, or out of export customs, and it is now travelling between facilities nearby. The parcel is on a truck or van between two handling points. This is a routine in-transit step, not a delivery attempt.
No. This message by itself is normal and does not point to a problem. It usually appears right after the parcel is sorted at the local warehouse or released from export customs. If the tracking stays on this line for longer than the previous steps took, that is worth watching, but the message alone is not a warning.
Most often, in about four out of five cases, the next update says the parcel is being transferred again and sent to a transportation partner department. Less often, the next line reports that it has arrived at the partner department and is waiting for processing. The parcel is being handed on to another carrier that completes the journey.
