What this status means
JCEX has scanned your parcel as it left its Dongguan international business department, a collection and processing point in China. It is now on its way to the Guangshang center, a larger sorting facility. The parcel is moving between two JCEX facilities, so it is on the road and not waiting at a counter.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal. It is a routine departure scan that appears as a parcel moves through the network, and it does not signal a problem or an exception.
What happens next
The usual next step is an arrival scan at the Guangshang center, where the parcel is sorted with others heading the same way. After that it normally moves on to the next stage of the international journey, such as export handling. Scans between facilities can be spaced out, so a quiet period after this line is not unusual.
What you can do
- Wait and check the tracking history again later. A new scan should appear once the parcel reaches the next facility.
- If the history stays unchanged for longer than the previous steps took, contact the seller first.
- If the seller cannot help, contact JCEX.
- Have your tracking number and order details ready when you do.
