PostNL has dropped your parcel off at a pickup point, usually a shop or service point near your address. It is on the shelf or behind the counter and ready for you to collect. This is the last stage of the journey, after the parcel has passed through the sorting centres.
No. This message is normal and means the parcel has reached its destination. Nothing is wrong with it. Problems are rare from here: only a small share of parcels move on to a "held, addressee being notified" message or go back to a sorting centre.
Most often, in about three quarters of cases, the next message is "The item has been delivered successfully". That appears once the pickup point has scanned the parcel as handed over to you. A smaller number show "The item is collected at the pick-up point" instead, which means the same thing.
