PostNL, the Dutch postal service, has received your parcel in the Netherlands. It travelled in a "mix bag", a bag that holds many small items from different senders. "Semi-tracked" means such items are scanned at only a few points, so the history has fewer updates than a fully tracked parcel. The parcel is now at a PostNL facility, after the earlier step at the Acceptance Centre.
No, this message by itself is normal. It is part of the import stage for small international parcels. Gaps between scans are common with semi-tracked shipping and do not mean something is wrong. In a small share of cases the history later shows a return, so a delay is possible, but nothing here points to one.
Most often, in about half of cases, the next update is a short "Arrived" scan. Other possible steps are a bulk handover of the item, processing at a PostNL sorting center, or a scan by another postal operator. Rarely, the item is reported as undeliverable and returned.
