PostNL has received your parcel at one of its acceptance centres. This is an early step in the Dutch network. The parcel has usually just been handed over by another carrier, a customs process or the sender's own shipment, and PostNL has taken it into its system. It is now in a PostNL facility, not yet out for delivery.
No, this message by itself is normal. It marks a routine hand-over point. After it, the parcel most often moves to sorting. It can also be followed by a customs update or a plain "received" scan. Only a long wait with no new scan afterwards would suggest a problem.
Wait and check the tracking history again later, since updates can come in bursts. If the status stays the same for longer than the previous steps took, contact the seller first, as they hold the shipping contract. Have your tracking number and order details ready. If the parcel came from outside the EU, watch for a request to pay import duties and taxes, because the parcel may be held until they are settled.
