What this status means
Yun Express has brought your parcel to an international airport in the country where it was sent, and it is waiting to be flown abroad. The parcel is between the sorting stage and the flight. It has not yet arrived in your country.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and is a regular step for cross-border parcels. Time at the airport can vary with flight space and customs handling, so a gap before the next update does not necessarily mean a problem.
What happens next
The parcel is checked for export and loaded onto a flight. After that, the tracking usually shows a departure or export scan. Once it lands, it goes through import customs in the destination country and is handed to a local carrier for delivery. Some of these steps may appear late or not at all.

- Wait and keep checking. Updates often pause while the parcel is in the air.
- If the status stays the same for longer than the previous steps took, ask the seller or marketplace to check with Yun Express.
- Have your tracking number, order number and the seller's name ready when you contact them.
- Be aware that import duties or taxes may apply once the parcel reaches your country.
