"NOA received" is a checkpoint message from Yun Express. It is not a delivery update. It means one of the courier's facilities has scanned your parcel in, so the parcel is physically at a waypoint on its route and is being handled there. "NOA" looks like an internal code or abbreviation used by the courier, and it does not appear to be a place name. Yun Express does not publish what it stands for, so treat it as a routine intake scan.
By itself, this message is normal. It is not an exception and does not point to a problem. It only becomes a concern if the tracking history stops updating for noticeably longer than the previous steps took. Even then, quiet periods are common on international routes while parcels move between facilities or wait for the next transport leg.
The parcel is usually sorted and then moves on to the next stage. Typically that is departure from the facility, onward transport, and later handover to customs or to a delivery partner in the destination country. The next line in your history should show one of these steps. Updates from the destination country's carrier may appear under a different name or format.
