What this status means
Yun Express has scanned your parcel at an airport, usually in the country it was sent from. It is not on a plane yet. The parcel is being handled at the airport before export, and it will board a flight once the paperwork is done.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and is a routine step on the way out of the origin country. It is not an exception. The parcel may sit here longer than at the previous steps while it waits for customs paperwork or space on a flight, and that alone is not a sign of a problem.
What happens next
Most often the next update is the export customs clearance being completed, which happens in about three fifths of cases. In a smaller share, the next update is the origin country starting its customs declaration. Less often you will see the start of customs clearance, or a message that the international flight has departed. The order of these customs messages can vary, so seeing them in a different sequence is not unusual.
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking the tracking history. Updates can come in bursts.
- If the parcel seems stuck at this step for much longer than the earlier steps, contact the seller first and ask them to check with Yun Express.
- Have your tracking number and order details ready when you write.
- You do not need to check your address or pay anything at this stage.
