Yun Express tracking parcel

What this status means

Your parcel has reached a national sorting hub called Hatfield Terminal, in the UK. Yun Express carried it to the UK, and a local delivery carrier has now taken it on. The hub is where parcels are sorted by destination before the final leg. Your parcel is physically inside this building.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message on its own is a normal step and not an exception. It simply shows the parcel has moved on from the handover stage and is being processed in the domestic network. Delay is only a concern if the status stays the same for longer than the previous steps took.

What happens next

The next updates are usually one of two kinds, each in about half of cases:

  • A general "In transit" update.
  • "Sort - loaded to trailer", meaning the parcel has been sorted and put on a vehicle heading to a local depot.

After that, the parcel normally goes to a delivery depot and then out for delivery.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking the tracking page. No action is needed now.
  • If the status has not changed for longer than the earlier steps took, contact the seller first, as they can raise a query with the carrier.
  • Have your tracking number, order details and delivery address ready when you get in touch.
