Yun Express tracking parcel

What this status means

Yun Express has handed your parcel to an airline at the airport in the departure country, and it has left on its international flight. Export customs clearance was completed in the previous step, so the parcel is now on its way out of the country where it was shipped.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal and is a good sign. It is one of the regular steps of an international air shipment, and it usually follows the export clearance step. Nothing here points to a problem.

What happens next

Most often, in about four out of five cases, the next update is "International flight has arrived", meaning the parcel has landed in the destination country. After that it usually goes through import customs and is passed to a local carrier for delivery. Sometimes the next message is about customs clearance starting or the package landing instead. These are the same stage described in different words.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking. Flight and landing updates can take longer to appear than earlier steps, and that is not unusual.
  • Expect a possible import customs step after landing. If duties or taxes apply, they depend on your country's rules.
  • If the tracking stops updating for much longer than usual, contact the seller first. Have your tracking number and order details ready.
  • If the seller cannot help, ask Yun Express for an update, quoting the same details.
