What this status means
Yun Express has put your parcel on an international flight, and the flight has taken off. Export customs in the departure country has already cleared the parcel. In most cases the previous step was the export clearance message. The parcel is now in the air or on its way to the destination country.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and is a good sign, because it means the parcel has passed export checks and left. Tracking often goes quiet while the parcel is in the air, and that pause is expected. It is not a delay unless the next update takes noticeably longer than the previous steps.
What happens next
Most often, in about 85% of cases, the next update is that the flight has arrived in the destination country. In about one in ten cases the next entry is the start of customs clearance there. After that the parcel is cleared through import customs and handed to a local carrier for delivery.
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking. The next update usually appears once the flight lands and the parcel is scanned.
- If there is no update for longer than usual, ask the seller first, since they ship through Yun Express.
- Have your tracking number and order details ready when you contact the seller or the courier.
- Import duties or taxes may be requested later, depending on your country's rules. Check your order for details.
