What this status means
Yun Express records this message when the plane carrying your parcel has landed in the destination country. The parcel is at the arrival airport or cargo area, and the long international flight is finished. It has not been delivered yet, and it still has to pass import checks before it reaches a local carrier.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message is a normal step on the journey and does not signal a problem. It most often follows the message that the flight has departed. If the next update takes longer than the previous steps, the cause is usually handling at the airport or customs, not a lost parcel.
What happens next
Most often, in about two thirds of cases, the next update is "Start Customs Clearence", which means the parcel is going through import customs. Other possible next steps are:
- Arrived at sort facility
- Collected at Cargo Terminal
- Delivered to local carrier
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking the tracking history. Nothing is needed from you at this stage.
- Be aware that customs may apply import duties or taxes. If they do, the local carrier or customs will tell you how to pay.
- If the status has not changed for longer than usual, contact the seller first. Have your tracking number and order details ready.
