4PX Express has recorded your parcel at one of its operating points, which is a handling or sorting site in its network. "Packing the operating point" is a loosely translated internal wording. It most likely means the parcel has been scanned in at the site and is being grouped with other parcels for the next leg. The parcel is in transit and physically at a 4PX facility.
On its own, this message is normal. It is a routine handling step, not an exception or a sign of a problem. If the same line stays on your tracking for longer than the previous steps took, it is worth a closer look, but a single entry is no cause for concern.
After consolidation, the parcel is usually sent on to the next hub, to an export or airport stage, or to the destination country's carrier. You will typically see a departure or arrival scan at the next facility. Sometimes the next update comes from a different postal service once 4PX hands the parcel over, and it may appear under a different tracking format.
