4PX has scanned your parcel into a processing center in the destination country. This comes after import customs: the parcel has usually been cleared or handed to a customs agent there, and is now in 4PX's hands for sorting. It is physically in a sorting facility, being prepared for the local delivery network.
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine step after customs, not an exception. Only if the tracking stays on this line for longer than the previous steps took would it be worth looking into.
Most often, in about three quarters of cases, the next update says the parcel is progressing through the delivery network. In a smaller share, about one in seven, it is recorded as received by a local delivery company, which is the handover to the final carrier. Occasionally another carrier facility scan appears first.
