4PX Express has scanned your parcel as it left a transit center, a sorting facility between the country of origin and the destination. The parcel has finished being processed there and is now on a truck or flight to the next stop. It most often follows an "Arrive in transit center" scan, and sometimes comes right after import customs clearance.
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine movement scan, not an exception. A delay is only likely if the tracking then stops updating for longer than the previous steps took.
The parcel is handed on to the delivery network in the destination country. The next scan varies. Often it is a collection or "received by delivery company" scan, or a general note that the parcel is moving through the delivery network. In some cases a local last-mile carrier, such as a national postal service, scans it first. Tracking details may then come from that carrier instead of 4PX.
