What this status means
"Port of destination - Arrival" means your parcel has reached the entry point of the destination country, such as an airport or seaport. It has left the country it was shipped from and is now waiting to be handed over for import processing. It is not yet with a local delivery carrier.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is an expected step on international routes, and it usually follows "Left from departure country/region". It is not an exception or a sign of a problem.
What happens next
Almost every time, the next update is "Import clearance start". That means customs in the destination country has begun checking the parcel. After clearance, the parcel is passed to a local carrier for the last part of the journey. The steps after arrival can take longer than the previous ones, because customs processing and handover depend on local conditions.
