Your parcel, shipped with AliExpress Standard Shipping, has reached a sorting facility run by the delivery company in the destination country. It is no longer with the international carrier. The local company is now taking over, so the parcel is in the final part of its journey, though not yet out for delivery.
This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It usually follows the parcel leaving a transit country. Sometimes the next scan takes longer than the previous steps, because the handover between companies can be slow to appear in tracking. That alone does not mean something is wrong.
The next update varies. Most often it is "Received by local delivery company" (about 29% of cases) or "Accepted for transportation by postal service" (about 24%). In about 22% of cases the parcel departs again for another transit point, and in a smaller share it reaches an office of exchange, the point where international mail enters the national postal system.
