What this status means
Your parcel has reached a country or region that it is passing through on its way to you. It is not the destination, and it has not reached your local post yet. Aliexpress Standard Shipping often routes parcels through a hub in another country, and this line marks the arrival there. Most parcels see it right after the postal service accepted them for transportation.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine step on an international route, not an exception. Nearly all parcels move on to "Departed" next. A delay is only a concern if the parcel stays at this step for longer than the previous steps took, and even then it is not a sign of loss.
What happens next
- Almost always, the next update is "Departed", when the parcel leaves the transit hub.
- Later steps usually include arrival in your country, import customs clearance and handover to the local carrier.
- Rarely, the next update is customs clearance starting or a new collection scan.
What you can do
- Wait and check the tracking history again after a while. Updates can come in batches.
- If there is no new scan for longer than the earlier steps took, ask the seller to look into it through the marketplace messages.
- Have your tracking number and order details ready when you write.
- Check that the delivery address on your order is correct, so the parcel is not held up later.
