What this status means
"Export clearance success" means your parcel has been cleared by customs in the country it is shipping from. It is still in that country, usually at a sorting or export facility handled by Aliexpress Standard Shipping. Clearance is the formal check that lets it leave. It comes right after "Export customs clearance started".
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine step that most parcels go through, and it means the export check was passed. If the parcel stays on this line for longer than the previous steps took, that is worth watching, but the message alone does not point to a problem.
What happens next
Most often, in about three quarters of cases, the next update is "Leaving from departure country/region". That means the parcel is being loaded for international transport. In some cases it goes straight to "Left from departure country/region" or to import clearance in the destination country. After that, the parcel is handled by the destination country's customs and local carrier.

- Wait and keep checking. The next scan often appears only once the parcel is on its way out.
- If the status does not change for noticeably longer than earlier steps, contact the seller through the marketplace.
