This message says the parcel will leave from there directly, without another stop at a separate local hub first. It is a handling step, not a delivery step, and the parcel is still before or at the start of its main journey.
Is my package delayed?
By itself, this message is normal. It is not an exception. In about three quarters of cases the next update is "Departed", which means the parcel has left the warehouse. Some parcels reach this message after a return to a domestic location or an exception in a sorting center, so if you saw those lines earlier, the parcel may have been held up before this point.
