What this status means
"Order canceled" means the shipping order for this parcel was cancelled in the Aliexpress Standard Shipping system. The label or shipping request created for your purchase is no longer active. This usually happens before the parcel has travelled far, and it can be set by the seller, by the platform, or by the logistics partner handling the booking. In many cases the parcel is still with the seller, or has not been handed over yet.
Is my package delayed?
This is an exception, not a normal step in a delivery. A cancelled shipping order usually means this shipment will not arrive as booked. It does not always mean your purchase is lost: sellers sometimes cancel a booking and create a new one with a different tracking number, and the old number then shows this message.
What happens next
Usually no further scans follow on this tracking number. Either the seller books a new shipment, in which case a new tracking number should appear in your order details, or the order is cancelled and refunded.
What you can do
- Check your order page for a new tracking number or a status change, and check again later.
- If nothing changes for longer than the delivery time you were given, message the seller and ask whether the parcel was reshipped or cancelled.
- If the seller does not help, open a dispute or refund request through the marketplace.
- Have your order number and the tracking number ready when you write.
