Your parcel is travelling in a bulk air shipment with other items. The freight handler, the company that deals with cargo at the airport, has been told that the shipment has arrived or is about to arrive. The parcel is at or near the airport, not yet with a local delivery driver. This is a routine step in PostNL's international handling.
No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It usually comes right after the item was marked ready for shipment. A delay is only likely if the tracking stays on this line for longer than the previous steps took.
Most often, in about nine out of ten cases, the next update says the freight handler collected the shipment at the airport. After that, the shipment is handed over for final acceptance and moves on towards the last-mile carrier, which delivers it to your address. Some updates may be skipped or appear in a different order.
