"We're inspecting your order" is a customs message from AliExpress Standard Shipping. The parcel has reached the destination country and is at the import customs stage. Customs is checking it and its paperwork before releasing it into the local delivery network. This usually follows "Import clearance start" or "Arrived at customs". It is a routine check, and the wording does not mean your parcel was opened or singled out.
By itself, this message is normal. It is a regular part of import clearance, and the parcel is not lost. Most of the time the next update is "Import customs clearance complete", in about 93% of cases. If the parcel stays on this line for longer than the previous steps took, customs is probably busy or waiting on something, but that is not a certain sign of a problem.
Most often customs releases the parcel and the status changes to "Import customs clearance complete". The parcel then moves to a local carrier for delivery. In a small share of cases the next message is an exception, such as a note that the declared package value is too low. That means customs wants the value corrected or confirmed before it will release the parcel.
